Appointment Setter – Business Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an engaging and driven Appointment Setter to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will make strategic outbound calls to qualified prospects across Australia, book high‑quality meetings for our sales teams and help generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold‑calls to B2B prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Conduct targeted market research to identify new leads and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities and outcomes in the Pipedrive CRM.
• Provide regular follow‑up reporting on call volume, appointments set and conversion results.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to refine lead‑generation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold‑calling within a B2B environment.
• Confident telephone manner with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to quickly understand and explain complex information; financial knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using Pipedrive or a similar CRM platform.
