Applications and Integration Developer

About the role

Join the IT team of a leading Australian family‑owned property and investment group. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and integrations that support business growth, improve user experience, and increase operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance enterprise integrations across business systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to capture integration requirements.
• Document integration designs and processes.
• Work with other IT teams to implement new application systems and deliver enhancements.
• Support workflow automation, AI initiatives and process optimisation.
• Apply security best practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with testing, deployment and release activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience with a focus on integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; certifications a plus.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong understanding of microservices, API management and middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory and security requirements for application architecture.
