Appian Senior Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Appian Senior Consultant to join its delivery team in Melbourne (and Sydney). You will lead the design, development and deployment of Appian‑based solutions for clients across various industries, driving automation and low‑code initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements, design and develop Appian applications, including custom Java components and integrations.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, conduct solution demos, POCs and proof‑of‑technology workshops.
• Manage project documentation, training materials and reusable tooling across engagements.
• Collaborate with Appian Customer Success Managers and support pre‑sales, scoping and client presentations.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of client‑facing experience with Appian development and deployment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate client challenges, identify risks and propose mitigation.
• Experience leading multiple engagements concurrently, preferably in financial services.
• Appian certification(s) and a commitment to continuous learning.
