ANZ Product Manager – Knee Portfolio

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking an ANZ Product Manager for the Knee portfolio. The role is based in North Ryde with responsibilities across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, driving growth and market leadership for knee solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather market and customer insights to shape product and procedure specific marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute in‑person and digital engagement strategies, pricing, contracting and inventory planning through S&OP.
• Manage dynamic forecasts, support sales teams, and lead professional education activities aligned with the Knee and VELYS strategy.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards while promoting health, safety and environmental best practices.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Business or Science; MBA is an advantage.
• Relevant healthcare industry experience with a focus on change management.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
