ANZ Product Manager – Knee Portfolio

About the role

The ANZ Product Manager – Knee will lead marketing strategy and execution for the Knee portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, supporting business plans and driving growth in public, private and day‑surgery settings.

Key responsibilities

• Gather market and customer insight and design product‑specific marketing strategies to increase unit growth, profitability and market share.
• Develop and execute in‑person and digital engagement strategies, pricing and contracting approaches, and ensure supply continuity through robust inventory planning.
• Manage dynamic forecasting, support sales teams with technical product information, and collaborate with the Professional Education team on key activities.
• Lead compliance with corporate and regulatory standards and promote health, safety and environmental behaviours.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Business or Science; postgraduate qualifications (MBA) are an advantage.
• Relevant healthcare industry experience with a focus on change management; candidates without change‑management background will not be considered.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
