Amazon Christmas Promoter - Indooroopilly

About the role

Crossmark is recruiting Amazon Christmas Casual Promoters for the JB Hi-Fi store in Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Queensland. You will be the face of the brand in-store during the Christmas season, helping customers discover Amazon products such as Kindle, Fire TV Stick and Echo smart home devices. The campaign runs from 26 November 2026 through to Christmas week, with Thursday to Sunday 4-hour rostered day shifts. Training starts 23 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive product demonstrations
• Create memorable customer experiences and drive product sales
• Build strong relationships with customers and the JB Hi-Fi team
• Represent the Amazon brand professionally and confidently
• Provide customer service and product knowledge support

Required profile

• Previous retail sales, customer service or promotional experience
• Genuine interest in consumer technology
• Confident communication and strong people skills
• Comfortable using technology for reporting and uploading photos
• Energy, attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Mandatory: must be able to travel to Melbourne for training from Monday 23 to Wednesday 25 November
