AM Transport Allocator

About the role

Linfox is seeking an AM Transport Allocator for its Parkinson, QLD site. You will coordinate transport movements, plan delivery schedules and ensure timely metropolitan dispatch operations on a rotating four‑days‑on, four‑days‑off roster.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clear instructions to drivers, customers and internal stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate run sheets, delivery schedules and compliance documentation.
• Provide regular updates to customers about scheduled deliveries or any changes.
• Adhere to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times.

Required profile

• Motivated self‑starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, staying organised and efficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong geographical knowledge of Queensland metro and surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) is highly regarded.
