About the role

The CPA Allied Health Graduate Program offers recent Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology graduates a pathway to build a long‑term career supporting clients with cerebral palsy. You will join a multidisciplinary team and gain exposure to cutting‑edge research and advanced therapy technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children and families affected by cerebral palsy, including early intervention and complex high‑need cases.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborate with over 160 therapists across NSW.

Required profile

• Qualified graduate in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and willingness to work in both metro and regional settings.
