AI Enterprisewide Facilitator

About the role

As an Enterprise AI Facilitator you will join the Talent, Growth, and Leadership team to drive AI learning interventions across the whole organisation. You will equip employees with practical AI skills, helping them adopt emerging technologies and raise overall AI proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑energy workshops and virtual sessions, translating complex AI concepts into actionable content.
• Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, aligning programmes with business‑unit capability plans.
• Design practical, real‑world skill‑building activities using process and workflow maps.
• Maintain a central repository of “just‑in‑time” AI learning tools and resources.
• Track and report on session effectiveness, learner engagement, tool adoption rates and ensure internal compliance.
• Travel as needed to deliver impact face‑to‑face or virtually.
