AI Enablement Lead

About the role

Team Global Express is investing in the future of AI and seeks an energetic AI Enablement Lead to drive AI adoption across the business. Reporting to the Head of AI, you will work with operations, technology and corporate functions to translate challenges into practical AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops and training initiatives.
• Coach teams, build capability and help employees apply AI to real business challenges.
• Create and maintain AI resources such as playbooks, prompt libraries, guides, use cases and best‑practice materials.
• Build and support an internal network of AI Champions to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, automation and workflow optimisation.
• Assist teams in prototyping AI‑enabled solutions that improve efficiency, decision‑making and customer outcomes.
• Promote responsible AI practices and ensure safe, compliant use of AI technologies.
• Track adoption metrics, provide insights and report on outcomes, opportunities and risks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience applying AI tools, workflows or automation solutions to solve business problems.
• Experience designing and delivering capability, training or adoption programs for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Background in technology, data, digital transformation or change environments.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, governance, privacy and risk management.
• Curious, pragmatic and action‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
