AI Delivery & Enablement Manager

About the role

x15ventures, a venture-scaler powered by CommBank, is hiring an AI Delivery & Enablement Manager in its Workplace and shared services team, which reports to the Head of Workplace. The role drives the safe, effective adoption of AI across x15, turning AI tooling strategy into practical delivery and partnering with CommBank counterparts. It works alongside the Senior Manager Operations & AI Enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the x15 roadmap into prioritised use cases and work with teams to prototype, test and embed AI-enabled workflows
• Own delivery plans, milestones and dependencies, applying the x15 change framework where needed
• Identify skills gaps and build the AI Hub with guides, templates and tested workflows, running hands-on workshops and demonstrations with the x15 People Experience team
• Run time-bound pilots with success criteria, track adoption and improvements, and escalate delivery barriers to the Senior Manager
• Explain the enablement roadmap, align teams on priorities and dependencies, and partner with CommBank teams

Required profile

• Experience delivering technology initiatives from pilot to sustained adoption with measurable outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and dependencies in a fast-changing environment
• Experience aligning stakeholders across technology, business and enabling functions and resolving delivery barriers
• Experience delivering workshops, coaching or adoption programs

Required skills

• Hands-on experience applying AI tools such as assistants, agents or automation to business workflows, prototyping use cases and explaining trade-offs to non-technical audiences
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
