About the role

The Agribusiness Manager 2 will join NAB’s Regional & Agribusiness Team in Roma, Queensland, supporting agribusiness customers with financial solutions and business advice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
• Assess economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities.
• Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice on risk and growth.
• Proactively leverage networks to identify new business and referral opportunities.
• Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in the local market.

Required profile

• Passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Background in banking, finance or agribusiness with a strong understanding of the agricultural sector.
• Growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn, develop and succeed in a business‑development focused environment.
