Aged Care Assistant (Permanent Part-Time and Full-Time)

About the role

Montefiore, an award-winning Sydney-based aged care provider, is looking for experienced, caring and team-oriented Aged Care Assistants (AINs) to support its residents. Vacancies are open for permanent part-time and full-time positions in Randwick, Hunters Hill and Woollahra, and weekday availability is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and services according to each resident's individual care needs and care plans
• Provide person-centred care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Deliver care that respects residents' dignity, choice and independence

Required profile

• Previous experience in aged care
• Valid Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care as a minimum requirement
• Positive, caring and compassionate attitude with a strong work ethic
• Good communicator who enjoys working in a supportive team and is open to continuous learning
• Russian-speaking candidates are highly regarded
