Advice Associate

About the role

Zurich Assure is looking for an Advice Associate in Brisbane to work closely with the Paraplanning Manager. You will partner with advisers to turn complex customer needs into clear, high-quality advice, supporting technical research, strategy development and advice preparation while delivering compliant, customer-focused outcomes efficiently and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and model smart advice strategies, products and providers
• Turn complex needs into clear, compliant recommendations
• Create accurate, audit-ready Statements of Advice
• Uncover customer needs to shape meaningful, tailored strategies
• Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless advice experiences
• Use digital tools, AI and insights to improve advice quality

Required profile

• RG146, plus an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services or a relevant tertiary qualification
• Ideally 3+ years' experience in financial planning or personal insurance
• Strong paraplanning or technical advice support experience
• Confident balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a clear, concise communication style
• Customer-first mindset grounded in integrity, and able to work independently

Required skills

• Life insurance knowledge and Xplan experience highly regarded
