About the role
Join the Activities team at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort and help create memorable experiences for guests, especially children, in a vibrant holiday setting.
Key responsibilities
- Host engaging VIK Club activities, games and experiences for children and families.
- Plan and deliver beach games, crafts, trivia, putt‑putt and bike tours.
- Support water‑based activities with a strong focus on guest safety.
- Assist guests with equipment hire such as kayaks, catamarans and bikes.
- Maintain clean, organised and guest‑ready activity spaces and equipment.
Required profile
- Fun, energetic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for working with children and families.
- Confidence engaging with guests of all ages and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in childcare, recreation, education, camps, entertainment or hospitality is highly regarded.
- Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day.
- Current Working with Children Blue Card or willingness to obtain; First Aid and CPR certification beneficial.
- Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays and varied hours.
