Accounts Assistant

About the role

B.Pure Australia produces premium health supplements and supplies pharmacy chains in Australia and Vietnam. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the Accounts Assistant will support daily finance operations across both entities, handling accounts payable, receivable, bank processing, reconciliations and month‑end activities in a fast‑moving export environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, purchase orders and contract‑manufacturer bills, matching them to delivery and COA documentation before payment.
• Prepare AUD and CNY payment runs, including overseas supplier and packaging remittances.
• Raise customer invoices for pharmacy and wholesale accounts, issue statements and follow up outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile sales reports to receipts and record fees.
• Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations, flag foreign‑exchange movements, and assist with month‑end close tasks such as accruals, pre‑payments and journal entries.
• Maintain financial records for BAS/GST lodgement, payroll processing and audit requests; file import/export documentation against cost records.
• Provide general finance administration and ad‑hoc reporting as directed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in accounts, bookkeeping or finance.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and full Australian working rights.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of accounting software (preferably Dynamics 365).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range $70,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience.
