Accounts Administrator (Entry Level)

About the role

JS Hospitality, a fast‑growing Asian hospitality group operating across New South Wales, is seeking an entry‑level Accounts Administrator to join its Head Office support team. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and Senior Accounts Manager, gaining hands‑on experience in finance and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including drafting employment contracts and setting up payroll profiles.
• Manage group reservation enquiries, maintain booking schedules and liaise with venues and operations teams.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative and accounting support to the Financial Controller and Head Office management.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong written communication skills for internal onboarding and external client interactions.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
