Accountant – High Net Worth & Indigenous Trusts

Based in Perth, you will join Mutual Trust, a purpose‑driven multi‑family office, and support both accounting and project‑based financial matters for high‑net‑worth individuals and Indigenous Trusts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge financial statements, income tax returns and Business Activity Statements for a range of client structures.
• Produce Indigenous Trust cash‑flow reports, budgets and project‑specific financial reporting.
• Attend client meetings, create meeting materials and travel as required.
• Liaise with auditors, the ATO and external advisers to manage workflow and deadlines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years experience in professional services or public practice.
• Degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce.
• CA or CPA commenced, or willingness to commence.
• Strong written and verbal communication and a willingness to travel, including regional trips.
• Interest in working with Indigenous Trusts and culturally sensitive environments.
