Accountant – Fund & Corporate Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a driven, detail‑oriented Accountant to join our fast‑paced financial services team. The role provides exposure to both fund accounting and corporate accounting in a high‑volume environment, with occasional AP/AR duties.

Key responsibilities

• Process high‑volume transactions in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy across fund and corporate ledgers.
• Assist with fund distributions, accruals, reconciliations, and investor reporting.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Manage a small volume of AP/AR tasks, ensuring timely processing and accurate reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives, automation projects, and system enhancements.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis for new product launches and corporate projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CA/CPA qualification or working towards it (preferred).
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services, funds management, or corporate environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high‑volume transactional setting.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in NetSuite (essential).
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis.
