Account Manager – Global SaaS HR Solutions

About the role

Pebl is looking for a driven Account Manager to help companies of all sizes expand their global footprint. This fully remote position is based in Australia, allowing you to sell globally while staying connected to your local market. You will be responsible for building long‑term relationships and delivering value to customers across 185+ countries.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow accounts with a focus on retention, expansion, and long‑term value.
• Prospect new opportunities through outbound outreach, marketing campaigns, and partner networks.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, manage pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and leadership to move deals forward.
• Develop deep expertise in Pebl’s services, the competitive landscape, and client industries.
• Provide client feedback and market insights to shape sales and service strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SaaS HR experience with direct retention and expansion quota responsibility.
• Direct experience selling Employer of Record (EOR) solutions in the mid‑market or commercial segment.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets, supported by data.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Consultative sales approach with strong questioning and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn complex concepts and communicate them clearly.
• Ownership of results and resilience in challenging deals.
• Comfort working across regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% to strengthen client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though performance and impact are paramount.
