Account Manager – Exteriors

About the role

CSR, an Australian manufacturing business of 2,600 people across Australia and New Zealand, is hiring a full-time Account Manager based in Golden Grove. The role drives commercial value and revenue growth for the CSR Exteriors brands, manages key builder relationships, leads strategic account plans and works with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a strategic account management plan focused on revenue growth, diversification and long-term customer value.
• Manage budgets and commercial targets, using consultative selling to retain, grow and expand key accounts.
• Act as the primary contact, resolve issues and coordinate end-to-end delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence product strategy, competitive positioning and sustainable solution development.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate complex contracts and close deals.
• Use data analytics to track customer behaviour and market trends, manage risks and report performance.
• Run structured account plans and call cycles through CRM, in line with WHSE requirements.

Required profile

• Commercially strong with business acumen; a trade or construction materials background is ideal.
• Proven relationship builder with a consultative selling approach and experience managing strategic accounts and reseller partnerships.
• Analytical and financially savvy, with experience using data insights and financial modelling, including customer P&L.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
