Account Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

OMG, Australia's largest independent digital marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its account management team in Crows Nest, New South Wales. This is a permanent full-time position. The agency works with over 1,000 businesses and specialises in SEO, PPC and social advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and provide customer service within your assigned portfolio
• Develop and grow relationships with all client stakeholders and maintain client satisfaction through service levels and anticipating customer needs
• Onboard new clients and present company documentation for onboarding and reporting
• Manage, communicate and present project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals and milestones to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities in existing client portfolios
• Work with the SEO and PPC teams to ensure cutting-edge SEO strategies and complementary campaigns across search, PPC and social channels
• Work with production and creative teams to deliver excellent results for clients
• Stay up to date with industry changes through ongoing training and champion the company's values, purpose and vision

Required profile

• Experience in account management, client services or client management in the digital marketing space; agency experience preferred
• Relevant qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
• Relationship builder who can quickly build rapport with all types of people, with attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to manage multiple projects and work with various teams in a fast-paced environment
