About the role
The Account Manager will be based in our Mawson Lakes branch and will drive sales growth for Adecco’s professional services across manufacturing, transport and trade sectors. You will build and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and expanding our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop growth opportunities in new and existing accounts to meet business targets.
- Lead client negotiations, secure deals and implement industry‑specific account plans.
- Enhance the customer experience by building trust, fostering loyalty and strengthening the brand.
- Manage delivery risks, resolve issues and oversee the selection and placement of associates.
- Lead, motivate and develop the recruitment team, promoting a customer‑centric culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams and regions to maximise growth potential.
- Provide accurate forecasting, market analysis and ensure compliance with Adecco policies.
Required profile
- Proven ability to foster and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Strong understanding of marketing, business, technical and professional services.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
- Commitment to compliance, training and continuous improvement.
