Account Manager – Client Relations (Sydney)

About the role

EC Markets is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to become the primary point of contact for our trading clients in the Asia‑Pacific region. You will guide clients through our platform, deliver exceptional service, and help them navigate global financial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, promoting EC Markets’ trading products and services.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through sincere, professional communication.
• Gather client feedback, relay insights to product teams, and contribute to service optimisation.
• Set personal performance targets, continuously push limits, and celebrate successes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in forex, financial services, sales, customer service or consulting.
• Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable conducting phone conversations with diverse clients.
• Highly responsible, proactive, and able to handle challenges without hesitation.
• Fluent Mandarin required; English proficiency a plus, along with other Asian languages (Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, Tagalog).
