Account Executive (Melbourne)

About the role

Deepgram is looking for a full‑cycle Account Executive to own the end‑to‑end sales process in Melbourne and the broader ANZ region. You will build your own pipeline, work closely with technical partners, and help shape how Deepgram sells voice AI solutions across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline, running full‑cycle deals from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and technology partners in Singapore to drive co‑sell motions.
• Sell Deepgram’s speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech and voice‑AI platform to both fast‑moving tech firms and large enterprises.
• Partner with Field Engineers to guide technical evaluations and move customers into production.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and provide market feedback to product teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of quota‑carrying, full‑cycle sales experience, consistently over‑achieving targets.
• Proven ability to sell technically complex products such as APIs, developer tools, or platforms.
• Experience selling across APAC/ANZ to both technical and business buyers.
• Track record of land‑and‑expand growth, building and expanding accounts after the initial win.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of API‑based products and voice‑AI technologies.
• Strong communication and follow‑up discipline to run repeatable sales processes.
• Comfortable working both direct sales motions and partner co‑sell strategies.
