Account Executive

About the role

Vocantas, together with its Australian partner Eziway, is seeking an Account Executive to establish and grow its presence in Australia. You will own the full sales cycle, targeting new business in healthcare and manufacturing while leveraging Eziway’s existing customer network.

Key responsibilities

• Build Vocantas’ customer base across hospitals, aged care, community health, manufacturing, distribution and food production.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, partner channels and opportunities within Eziway’s network.
• Identify and develop local pilot programs with Australian sites of existing global Vocantas customers.
• Manage the complete sales process from discovery and demos to proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with Eziway and Vocantas’ implementation, support and product teams to ensure smooth hand‑over.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and provide weekly forecasts.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven quota‑attainment record.
• Experience selling into healthcare, manufacturing or both within Australia.
• Comfort handling complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to signed contract.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior‑level presentations.
• Based in Melbourne with ability to work from Pakenham two days per week and full working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system, specifically Salesforce.
