Account Executive – Global Brands

About the role

As a key member of the Global Brands ANZ team, you will partner closely with Global Business Managers to manage and grow Detpak’s Global Brands accounts across Australia and New Zealand. You will help maintain Detpak’s reputation for quality, service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships with Global Brands customers through transparent communication.
• Support the creation and update of annual account plans aligned with company strategy.
• Drive growth in existing accounts and manage new‑business pipelines.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on forecasts, inventory and aged‑stock targets.
• Facilitate onboarding of new business and promotional items, handling quotes, samples, forecasting and lead‑time tracking.
• Coordinate pricing and promotional activities with Global Business Managers.
• Provide accurate, timely reporting on progress against key objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as an Account Manager, Account Coordinator or similar role with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience supporting tenders and negotiations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent planning, organisational and multi‑tasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to prioritise multiple accounts and projects and deliver on time.
• Collaborative networking skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Disciplined approach to following business processes.
