Account Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Coordinator to act as the bridge between our clients and wellness providers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional experiences. This full‑time position supports booking management, client communication, and provider relations across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Make phone calls and respond to emails to assist clients with enquiries, updates, and resolutions.
• Process and place bookings efficiently, aligning client preferences with provider capabilities.
• Gather client feedback post‑service to identify improvement areas.
• Maintain strong relationships between clients and service providers, addressing issues promptly.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to engage additional clients and drive business growth.
• Update the company knowledge base and Help Centre with accurate information.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
• Prepare reports, manage records, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive problem‑solver.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Apps.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (a plus).
