3rd or 4th Year Industrial Electrical Apprentice

About the role

Level Electrical & Automation, an industrial electrical contractor based in Epping, is looking for a 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice. The role is 100% industrial, with no domestic work, and involves real plant maintenance, fault finding and shutdown work, mentored by experienced electricians in a small, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance and preventative maintenance
• Breakdowns and fault finding on live plant
• Shutdown and weekend maintenance works
• Industrial installations, upgrades and improvements
• Mentored, hands-on learning in real industrial environments

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice
• Strong interest in industrial electrical work
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Comfortable on active industrial sites (or keen to learn)
• Manual driver's licence preferred
• Based in Melbourne's northern or north-western suburbs (preferred)
• Tickets such as EWP or Working at Heights are desirable but not essential, with support to obtain them

What we offer

• Salary of AUD 55,000-60,000, above award wages based on experience
