Wills & Estates Litigation Lawyer (2-6 PQE) – Sydney

About the role

We are seeking a Wills & Estates Litigation Lawyer with 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience to join a busy practice in Sydney. You will work alongside a nationally recognised partner who has nearly three decades of expertise, gaining hands‑on mentorship and exposure to high‑value disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of high‑profile and complex wills and estates litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings and correspondence.
• Participate in client meetings and develop strong client relationships.
• Assist senior lawyers on complex, high‑value disputes with appropriate supervision.
• Progressively take on greater autonomy in file management.

Required profile

• Motivated lawyer with genuine interest in wills and estates litigation.
• 2–6 years PQE in wills & estates litigation or commercial litigation seeking to specialise.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to long‑term career growth in this practice area.
