Key responsibilities

• Draft wills, EPAs, EPGs, trust deeds and other estate planning documents.
• Advise private clients on succession, asset protection and inter‑generational wealth transfer.
• Act as a trusted adviser to families and referrers, delivering bespoke solutions for complex family situations.
• Collaborate with senior tax and trusts lawyers to broaden expertise.

Required profile

• 2+ years post‑admission experience in wills, estates, trusts or related areas.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and technical advisory abilities.
• Ability to manage files autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality results for clients.
