Virtual Pharmacy Representative

About the role

The Virtual Pharmacy Representative will drive sales of dispensary and OTC pharmacy products across a defined Australian territory. Reporting to the National Virtual Pharmacy Manager, you will work remotely to engage customers, exceed sales targets and support Viatris’ mission of improving health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed net sales targets for dispensary and OTC products within the assigned territory.
• Conduct thorough per‑call planning and territory analysis to meet call objectives.
• Deliver a first‑class sales experience using business insights, analytics and innovative deal‑level strategies.
• Make a telesales call to 100% of defined customers each month.
• Set stretch call objectives to move accounts along the buying continuum before and after each call.
• Generate leads from non‑supporting businesses and transfer them to regional sales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business or Science.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or pharmacy experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizen or appropriate visa holder).
