Veterinary Territory Manager – NSW

About the role

Purina, a Nestlé brand, is seeking a driven sales professional with a passion for the veterinary industry to join the team as a Veterinary Territory Manager for the NSW region. You will own and grow a portfolio of veterinary clinic customers, delivering tailored business solutions, education and category expertise to improve pet health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customised customer plans to meet clinic needs and drive business growth.
• Grow sales by acquiring new clinics and expanding existing partnerships across the Northern Beaches to Western Suburbs of Penrith/Katoomba.
• Build strong relationships with veterinarians, nurses, practice managers and other key stakeholders.
• Deliver product education and training on Pro Plan Veterinary Diets, supplements and other Purina products.
• Execute in‑clinic activation plans, including ranging, promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor customer performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Nutrition or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Sales experience, preferably within veterinary, animal health, pharmacy or related sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work autonomously while contributing to a national team.
• Full Australian working rights and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
