Value Add Logistics Specialist

About the role

DSV Solutions is looking for a Value Add Logistics Specialist to manage white‑glove delivery services for high‑tech and sensitive commodities while overseeing core warehouse logistics. The role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and audit operational documentation, files and reports.
• Accompany contracted providers during white‑glove deliveries to verify SOP and KPI compliance.
• Manage inbound, outbound and inventory control activities.
• Coordinate trucking, cargo movement and warehouse workflows.
• Act as the on‑site representative for client‑facing operations.
• Record incidents, corrective actions and improvement opportunities electronically.
• Identify and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
• Provide additional support in white‑glove deliveries when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, delivery operations and warehouse coordination, preferably with high‑tech or sensitive commodities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Yellow Badge security clearance (must be held throughout employment).
• Strong understanding of QHSE standards and compliance frameworks.
• Experience providing guidance or support to operational staff.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced logistics environment.
