Training Coordinator

About the role

BGIS is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support the capability and performance development of its National Operations Centre team in Adelaide CBD. Reporting to the Training & Reporting Manager, you will work closely with operational leaders, subject‑matter experts and frontline staff to design, deliver and monitor training programmes that drive operational excellence and superior customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programmes for Operations Centre team members.
• Deliver training sessions in face‑to‑face and remote formats.
• Complete training sign‑offs, competency assessments and training needs analyses.
• Conduct monthly quality reviews and support productivity reporting.
• Provide coaching, side‑by‑side support and guidance as required.
• Maintain accurate training records, skills matrices and progress tracking documentation.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and operational leaders to improve training delivery and processes.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Knowledge Management System (Livepro).
• Assist with rollout of business‑mandated training initiatives and operational updates.
• Prepare reports and insights on training outcomes, quality and performance trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training, coaching or onboarding within a customer‑service environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Highly organised, adaptable and patient, with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Enjoys helping people build confidence and capability and thrives in collaborative settings.
