Territory Development Representative – Phone Based

About the role
Join the Field Sales Team as a phone‑based Territory Development Representative, supporting customers and leads across Queensland, New South Wales and New Zealand. You will drive revenue growth through proactive outbound calling, promote product offers, and qualify leads for the field sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products and current offers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Support the field sales team by qualifying end‑user leads and ensuring proper follow‑up.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and proactive communication.
Required profile
- Proven experience in outbound or inside sales, call‑centre sales or customer service with sales KPIs.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Proactive, results‑driven attitude with resilience to handle objections and meet targets.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail when maintaining records and following processes.
Required skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or SAP (desirable).
