TeleSales Executive – BNE GEO

About the role

We are looking for a motivated TeleSales Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and nurturing existing client relationships. You will work within a supportive team environment, leveraging flexible work options to achieve your targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve predetermined revenue targets through new and existing client acquisition.
• Contact sales leads, revisit previous prospects and conduct cold‑calling activities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders to ensure customer success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Maintain a regular call cycle to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong motivation to achieve predetermined goals.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and strong organisational abilities.
• Reliability, a "can‑do" attitude and a focus on teamwork.
