Telehealth Doctor (Remote, Australia)

About the role

Dociva is seeking AHPRA‑registered medical practitioners to join its Australian telehealth platform. As a remote contractor, you will review patient‑submitted applications, conduct video consultations when required, and document outcomes in line with the platform’s clinical governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Assess online medical certificate requests and determine clinical suitability.
• Conduct telehealth consultations via video for multi‑day certificate applications.
• Document all clinical decisions according to Dociva’s policies and procedures.
• Support future service expansions such as general consultations, prescriptions, and referrals.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration with authority to practise medicine in Australia.
• Right to work in Australia and ability to provide telehealth services from within the country.
• Strong clinical judgement, documentation standards, and commitment to patient safety and privacy.
• Comfortable using digital health tools in a secure online environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a private space for consultations.
