Technical Product Engineer – Lead Consultant (Sydney)

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with a strong platform‑operations focus to lead delivery across the My Optus App (MOA) portfolio. The role will own end‑to‑end feature delivery for high‑visibility customer journeys such as Service Tab, NBN Assist and Fixed flows, while ensuring the platform remains stable, release‑ready and supportable.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of new features for the My Optus App portfolio, managing the full lifecycle from concept to production.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable items.
• Maintain operational health of the platform, including release governance, environment stability and defect management.
• Ensure production readiness and supportability of released features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product vision with technical execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with a platform‑operations background.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end features for customer‑facing applications, preferably in the telecom sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and a track record of managing release processes and operational stability.
• Preferably experience in the superannuation industry.
