About the role

Grill'd is looking for energetic, people-loving Team Members for its Melbourne Emporium restaurant. Whether you're flipping patties, chatting with guests or preparing the signature chips, you'll join a team that works hard, has fun and makes a real impact in the community. The position is part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food such as burgers and chips while working alongside the team
• Chat with guests and connect with customers
• Work flexible shifts that fit around university, school or your social life

Required profile

• No experience needed; training is provided
• A positive attitude and a passion for making people's day
• Team player who works well with others
• Great communicator who enjoys talking to customers
• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts
• Right to work in Australia and age 16 or older
