Team Manager – Afternoon Shift (12-hour)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead a production team of 20‑30 staff on the afternoon shift at our Moorebank Park facility. The role involves overseeing high‑volume baking and packaging lines, learning new automated machinery, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the manufacturing plan while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, GMP and cost standards.
• Develop and implement OH&S, hygiene and environmental programs for the manufacturing function.
• Prepare production plans to meet supply targets and minimise waste.
• Mentor, coach and train team members, managing rostering and supervision.
• Promote a safety culture and manage direct labour plans, reducing reliance on casual workforce or overtime.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to achieve results through others and lead teams through change.
• Passion for the food and consumer goods industry.

Required skills

• SAP experience (highly regarded).
