About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Administrator to join a busy advisory and restructuring firm in Sydney CBD. You will be the go‑to person who keeps daily operations running smoothly, supporting partners, clients and the wider team.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the CRM, ensuring accurate contact and organisation records and tracking meetings.
- Use SAP to open project codes, raise invoices and generate reports.
- Format and finalise professional documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including letters and presentations.
- Code monthly AMEX expenses and assist with weekly timesheet completion.
- Arrange travel logistics – flights, airport transfers and interstate accommodation.
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and document preparation.
- Coordinate events from RSVP management to catering, room set‑up and AV support.
- Provide flexible backup support to the wider admin team and reception as needed.
Required profile
- Warm, approachable personality with strong rapport‑building skills.
- Discreet and professional handling of sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and the ability to read a room.
- High attention to detail and pride in producing polished work.
- Team‑player mindset, willing to pitch in wherever required.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
- Experience using SAP for project and financial tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for contact management.
