About the role

Join Monitor Deloitte as a Strategy Consultant and help Australia’s leading organisations shape growth, transformation and reinvention strategies across sectors such as financial services, government, energy and consumer. Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex client problems, conduct market research and build business cases.
• Develop evidence‑based recommendations and client‑ready outputs that drive strategic decisions.
• Support senior leaders in defining where to play, how to grow and what to change.
• Collaborate with Deloitte teams in Design, Digital, Data Analytics and Access Economics.
• Contribute to projects covering enterprise strategy, business design, model innovation and strategic transformation.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a strategy function within a leading organisation.
• Strong research, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confidence working with quantitative analysis, financial modelling and data to support decisions.
• Experience delivering client‑focused outputs, workshops or structured project workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
