Staff Nurse – Outpatients (London)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to join the Outpatients department at The Lister Hospital in Chelsea, London. You will deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients attending specialist clinics such as dermatology, ophthalmology, gastroenterology and cancer care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care for outpatients.
• Assist with minor procedures, phlebotomy and cannulation.
• Supervise and direct junior staff and deputise for the Senior Staff Nurse when required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient pathways.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting.
• Proven ability to assist with minor procedures, phlebotomy and cannulation.
• Strong clinical and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
