Social Media Manager

About the role

Muscle Republic is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to champion its fitness‑focused brand across all digital channels. You will shape the social narrative, drive engagement, and translate the company’s mission into compelling online experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand and business goals, boosting awareness and traffic.
• Lead content creation and publishing schedules for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to sync social activity with campaign calendars and promotions.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes footage at shoots, events and activations, and appear on‑camera when needed.
• Mentor and manage junior social media staff, providing guidance and development pathways.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a comparable role.
• Proven success growing Instagram and TikTok audiences.
• Strong writing, editing and communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
