Social Media Manager & Content Producer – Fashion

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager and Content Producer to bring our fashion brand to life across digital touchpoints. You will combine strategic social media management with hands‑on content creation, driving brand awareness through innovative storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand's social media strategy across all key platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content that supports campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Produce high‑quality photo and video content for social, eCommerce, email, and digital channels, including concept development, content creation, editing, and publishing.
• Lead the planning and execution of content, campaign, and eCommerce photoshoots, managing creative briefs, production schedules, and content delivery.
• Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships while monitoring social performance, analysing audience insights, and identifying opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and eCommerce teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, online engagement, website traffic, and in‑store visitation.

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in social media, content creation, or content production within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail.
• Proven experience producing high‑quality photo and video content for social and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and platform‑specific content strategies.
• Experience coordinating photoshoots and managing content production from concept to execution.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about fashion and current content trends.
