Small Business Lending Specialist

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Small Business Lending Specialist to join its Business & Private Bank division in Melbourne. You will support entrepreneurs in the ANZ Small Business network, helping them start, run and grow their businesses through tailored financial advice and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective small‑business customers via inbound and outbound channels.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations to uncover financial requirements and recommend appropriate ANZ products.
• Apply cash‑flow analysis and product knowledge to deliver tailored lending and banking solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding core customer needs.
• Refer complex lending cases to specialist teams while maintaining a high level of service.
