Site Supervisor – Residential & Boutique Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations on high‑end residential, duplex and boutique commercial projects in Sydney. The role involves coordinating trades, managing site logistics and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities across residential and boutique construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site logistics.
• Ensure works are completed in line with programme, quality and WHS requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants and clients throughout delivery.
• Drive site productivity while fostering a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Manager on bespoke home projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Ability to manage trades, programmes and quality outcomes effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• NSW White Card and relevant trade/building qualifications preferred.
• Experience delivering high‑end homes, duplexes or architectural projects is highly regarded.
