Site Supervisor – Civil Construction (Melbourne Relocation)

About the role

Rokon, a leading civil contractor in Victoria, is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join its Melbourne team. You will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for the safe, high‑quality delivery of assigned civil construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage allocation of plant, materials and labour to meet project timelines.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure works meet specifications.
• Enforce Rokon safety policies and procedures on site.
• Review project budgets and KPIs monthly, flagging issues to the Area Manager and Project Engineer/Manager.
• Participate in site audits, client meetings, sign‑offs, safety inspections and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in civil construction (roads, residential or industrial subdivision works).
• Willingness to relocate to Melbourne.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• High professional standards, negotiation skills and a focus on delivering work correctly the first time.
• Commitment to health and safety, aiming to exceed productivity, budget and quality targets.
• Valid OH&S Induction card (White Card) and ability to complete a pre‑employment medical assessment.
