Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of major remedial, structural and refurbishment projects across Australia. The role is nationally based, allowing you to reside in any state while travelling to project sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site delivery for major remedial and structural upgrade projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site crews, equipment, materials and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, scopes, specifications and quality expectations.
• Oversee site safety, risk controls and environmental standards.
• Provide expert guidance on complex remedial activities and construction staging.
• Support project teams with methodologies, temporary works and constructability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to project reporting, progress tracking and performance management.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor in remedial, structural, civil or refurbishment works.
• Demonstrated leadership in brownfield or live operational environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and performance.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
